As a personal trainer, Raymond's goal is to make physical fitness
achievable for everyone no matter what stage of life they are in.
Raymond believes his clients can increase their overall health and well-being through better understanding of form technique. He is a CSEP certified personal trainer, which requires a minimum of two years post-secondary education in kinesiology or physical education.

A one hour session with Raymond includes a one-on-one directed workout with exercises that you can use as a full body workout several times a week. He will take you through proper form and give you recommendations on reps, sets, and rest times.
You could also purchase 5 or 10 sessions bundles! With more time to work together, Raymond will develop workouts intended to help you achieve your weight, strength, and endurance goals. At the end of your sessions, Raymond creates a personalized workout plan based on the information gathered during your sessions together.
